HOW TO MAKE: INDUSTRIAL LIQUID SOAP BASE💥🛁🚿💧for body and face soap (update increase voice)

Hello guys and welcome to my blogger time. So for today episode review is how to make the industrial and professional liquid soap base with a stable formulation so you can create a cleanser later for face, body and hair shampoo too.

Industrial Liquid Soap Base formulation its just a base soap and you need to add a few more active ingredients too.

Just follow the ingredients listed below:

INGREDIENTS 1kg liquid soap base:

10 gm (1%) - Glycerin USP

445gm (45%) - Distilled Water

1gm (0.1%) - EDTA Powder

350gm (35%) - 25% SLES Solution

30gm (3%) - Decyl Glucoside

80gm (8%) - Gelling Thickener

3gm (0.1-0.3%) - TEA 

80gm (8%) - Cocamidopropyl Betaine

5gm (0.5%) - Preservative Paraben Free 

(TOTAL AMOUNT IS MULTIPLIED IN 100 TIME = TO 1KG )

The rules of making a industrial formulation is by 100 ml or grams, it is equal to 100% percentage

100gm = 100%

for example: 1gm glycerin = 1% glycerin
