HOW TO MAKE: Deep Sleep & Relaxation Aromatherapy Oil - Roll On

For today episode review i'm gonna share to you on how to make the Aromatherapy Oil with pure Essential Oil.

In an aromatherapy massage, essential oils are mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond, jojoba, or grapeseed. Therapists will then add a couple drops of popular essential oils—like lavender, peppermint, bergamot, rose, or geranium—to the mixture they use in your massage.

Lavender has a very calming & relaxing scent which may be helpful in both physical and emotional balancing. Studies have shown that smelling lavender increases beta waves in the brain which suggests greater relaxation & less mental stress.

Below are a few of the general benefits of a massage that incorporates aromatherapy:

♥️Increased calmness and relaxation.
😍Decrease in muscle tension.
🤩Pain relief.
😛A reduction of symptoms of depression.
😍Ease of pain from various conditions.

In this formula, i prefer to use Mineral Oil due to its light weight properties. It's lightweight and inexpensive, and helps reduce water loss from the skin. However, if you prefer to use all organic carrier oil like Virgin coconut oil, MTC Oil, sunflower oil and etc. Yes you can.

Ingredients:

PHASE A:
0.5g - *Mentol flake 
2g - Virgin Olive Oil (love the benefit and greasyness)
7g - *Mineral Oil 

PHASE B:
15 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
7 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
12 drops Lavender Essential Oil.

* = (optional)

Direction:
-Mix Phase A and using hot bath to melt the menthol flake.
Add Phase B

Benefit of this Aromatherapy blend:

1. Bug bite free/insect repellant:
- 5 drops Lemongrass 
- 2 drop Citronella
- 3 drops Eucalyptus
- 1 drops Peppermint

2. Menstrual pain/mood booster:
- 4 drops Rose Geranium
- 2 drops Lavender
- 1 drop Clary sage
- 1 drop Clove

3. Knee/joint/muscle pain. Relieves pain for Arthritis and Acute Gout:
- 5 drops Juniper Berry
- 5 drops Rosemary
- 2 drops Eucalyptus
- 2 drops Peppermint
- 2 drops Frankincense
- 2 drops Lemon
- 1 drops Lavender

4. Acne vulgaris
- Light oil etc. ( Grapeseed oil, Argan Oil, or Rosehip Oil)
- 7 drops of Tea Tree
- 2 drops Sweet Oranges
- 2 drops eucalyptus
- 1 drop Peppermint
- 1 drop Lavender

5. Faded scar & hiperpigmentation:
- 3 drops Rose
- 1 drops Rose Geranium/geranium
- 2 drop Lemon
- 1 drop Sweet Orange
- 1 drop Tea Tree

6. Hair loss & Scalp treatment:
- 3 drops Ylang-ylang
- 1 drop Clary sage
- 1 drop Lemongrass
- 1 drop Rosemary
- 1 drop peppermint

7. Stress and Anxiety:
- 2 drops Patchouli
- 2 drops Rosemary
- 2 drops Lime
- 1 drop Clary sage
- 1 drop Lavender

8. Slimming / reduce water retention:
- 5 drops Grapefruit
- 3 drops Ginger
- 3 drops Peppermint
- 1 drop Cinnamon

9. Eczema relieve:
- 2 drops Tea Tree
- 1 drop peppermint
- 1 drop Lavender

10. Psoriosis & fungal infection:
- 1 Rose
- 2 drops Geranium
- 1 drop tea tree
- 1 drop Lavender
- 1 drop roman chamomile
